The popular and most established mobile manufactures in the world, Nokia has file a suit against the technology navigators Apple for infringing ten patents belonging to the company.
Apple stepped into the mobile market quite recently around 5 years back while Nokia is at it for more than decades by copyrighting their innovations including GSM, 3G and Wireless wi-fi networks which they claim has been deployed by their counter parts without paying the rightful shares.
With the hugely popular IPhone ruling the roost in the market, several manufacturers had started using the style and operating basics of the phone. The reason behind Nokia's case is to bring down the market sales by stalling the model with the court's order, says Apple company.
Nokia completely refutes their argument and says it spent nearly $60 billion on R&D related to wireless technology. They want Apple to pay royalty for the agreed upon basic standards rather than stall the sales, it is said.
The court proceedings will reveal the verdict on the invalidation of these 10 patents which might beckon two to three years of litigation.
