Three sales representatives were arrested on Thursday for involving in fraudulent activities by acquiring 171 mobile phone connections under false names and evidences.

G. Venkatramesh (29) of Tata Teleservices Limited lodged a complaint with Police Commissioner, T. Rajendran regarding 15 sales representatives working in the company who have bought 171 connections colluding with the authorized dealer by producing fake driving license and documents in the name of fictitious persons.

The central crime branch police arrested A. Bose (38) of Kumaran Nagar, H. Ajis Kumar (25) and S. Balasubramanian (27) of Kodambakkam out of the alleged 15 sales representatives. The department is searching to take the other 13 persons into custody.
