Story:

According to the title, the Hero Dhanush (Radhakrishnan a.k.a Rakhi) is an uneducated youth in the family of high class intellectuals. He is unable to cross even 10th standard. Pinpointing this reason, his father Prathap Pothan often degrades and insults him. Simultaneously, his drawback in his Education becomes the prime concern of worry for his Daddy. Apart from his Daddy, all the other members are kind towards him. He gets relief by spending his time with his friends.

Dhanush is inspired by his friends that loving a well educated Girl is the smartest way to get settled in life in the easiest way possible. Induced by his friends, he sets-off to love. He instantly falls in Love with the belle Tamanna (Gayathri-An Aeronautical Student) from the first sight. Tamanna tries to avoid Rakki by fixing Dhanush (Rakki) himself to block his tortures. Spotting this loophole, Dhanush makes Tamanna to love him. At last, she falls in Love with him. But, in the midst of all this, a gang-war is going on. What happens to his Love Story and how Dhanush handles all those around him including Suman (Samara Simma Reddy-Tamanna's Daddy) forms the major Crux of the Story.

Lead Artists

All the performances of the leading Artists are good. Dhanush has given his usual kind of performance. The petite Tamanna's performances are very much enjoyable. Vivek's performance as Assault Aarumugam needs a special mention.

Other Artists

In the other Artists, many of them have given presentable performances. Suman, Shayaji Shinde, Atul Kulkarni have performed to the level of expectations over them. But, Prathap Performances as Rakhi's (Dhanush's) Daddy is very admirable.


Technical excellence

Technically speaking, there are many good things in this film. The Music seems to be the most special factor. Mani Sharma has given a very good Music, which is set to make the fans happy. The Tracks "Hey Rosu Rosu", "Kadavulum Kadhalum" and "Raanki Rangamma" are nice.

The Lyrics by Pa.Vijay, Snehan and Tabu Shankar definitely deserves appreciations.

Cinematography by A.Venkatesh is visually superb in the aspect of Songs and could frighten in the fight scenes. His stuff is clearly realizable.

The Choreography by Dinesh, Shobi and Baskar are appreciable in some Songs.

Though the Art Direction is by a Debutant Babu named Babu, it is surely to attract many people's attractions.

Stunt Direction by Thalabathy Dinesh has done a stunning work for such kind of film.

Analysis

Positives

In the Song "Hey Rosu Rosu", Dhanush appears in 3 different forms, such as Fat guy, a Dwarf and a normal guy. It's something unique and unseen in Dhanush's film. It is definitely mentionable.

Though there are some unique mannerisms in the Prathap Pothan's performance, it is very much enjoyable.

Vivek's Comedy as a Don with Dhanush is sure to bring roofs down. The Comedies are rocking.

The Comedies of other Comedians are also good. Particularly, the Plus (+)and Minus (-) joke is very good.

Finally, the efforts of the Director Suraj in presenting an out and out Commercial Entertainer are clearly visible in this film.

Negatives

The violence by underworld groups in the film is slightly uncomfortable. Every now and then, different groups start to fight with lots of weapons as if they are fighting some War scene in some Historical mega serial.

The Cars, Jeeps and buses often fly during the Stunt scenes, which do not go well with the film.

As in every film, there are some flaws in this film also.

Result

Overall, this is perfect Dhanush film, which is made targeting the audiences of B and C centers. The film has all the elements of a Dhanush film. Seems that, the combination of Suraj and Dhanush is all set to attract audiences.
