This film deals with the touching and emotional bondage between the Prakash Raj and his Daughter Trisha. The Director has very tactically handled the Story and the Screenplay in a very admirable manner. The film gives the sense of a feather touch.

Story:
Prakash Raj (Raghuraman) is an Estate Owner. Aishwarya (Anu) is the Wife of Prakash Raj. Trisha comes as their Daughter Abhi in this film. The entire Story is set in the backdrop of Hilly locations. The Story is about the interesting sentimental relation between a very caring Father and a lovely girl. What all happens in their life, How they handle the situations they come across in their life forms the base of the film.

Starting from the birth of his Child, to her schooling, College and then till Marriage, how a father takes care of his Daughter is portrayed in an interesting style. Prakash Raj is madly caring over her Daughter. From the morning till evening, he makes sure that, everything goes on fine for her in all the aspects. Because of his caring nature, he behaves too differently in certain circumstances. During the 1st day of her School Admission, he cries. Then, when she demands a Cycle in her teens, he objects her to ride the Cycle. Similarly, when it is time for her Marriage, he is unable to handle that separation from her.

All the lead Artists like Prakash Raj, Aishwarya and Trisha have given their maximum performance. Prakash Raj is known for performing any character in the best possible way. Aishwarya has given a very good performance in this film. Trisha's performance as a School Girl, College going Girl and then as a Girl getting married is remarkable. She has been successful in giving appreciable performances in 3 different stages of her life. The Debutant Ganesh Subramanian comes in the Character of Joginder Singh alias Jogi. In spite of this being his Debut film, he has given enjoyable performance.

The artist, who performs the character of nameless beggar, later getting named as Ravi has done a very good job. As usual, Thalaivasal Vijay has given a flawless performance. Apart from this, the performances of all those Sardars, the 2 Sardar Children, who comes as the relatives of Jogi, have given stunning performances.

Director Radha Mohan has roped in the right experts for the right job. The Lyrics are penned by Vairamuthu. The Lyrics are very pleasant and heart warming. The Music is composed by Vidhyasagar. He has given a feel-good type of Music for these wonderful Lyrics.

Abhiyum Naanum has lots of positive factors. Basically, this film is a family movie. There is no specific Hero, Heroine or Villain for this film. The Story and the Screenplay is the sole Hero.

The emotional subject is portrayed with the right adorable comical mix. The film has countless enjoyable comedies. This makes the viewers to be glued to their seats throughout the film.

There is neither violence nor unwanted disturbing noises. The film moves on smoothly.
